# User management

## How to manage & add users (+ roles)

### To add new users:

1. Click on 'USER MANAGEMENT’
2. Click on '+ ADD USER' to open the new user creation window&#x20;
3. Fill in the user information form in the popup window&#x20;
4. Select the permissions within the SCR application below
5. Click on 'ADD USER'

#### Access & Permissions:

**Operational**:

View releases: gives the user permission to view releases currently owned by the organization.

Manage releases: allows the user to transfer releases to another organization or assign drivers.

**Administrative**:\
Manage organization: this is a combination of the below roles: Manage users and Manage connections.

Manage users: can invite, edit and remove users for the organization.

Manage connections: can invite organisations and manage connections.
